5-Year Strategic Plan (2025-2029)

Child Development Nepal (CDN) has developed a comprehensive 5-Year Strategic Plan (2025–2029) to guide its programs and organizational growth. This strategy focuses on empowering marginalized children, youth, women, and vulnerable communities in Sarlahi through targeted and sustainable interventions. The plan outlines CDN’s commitment to improving quality education, strengthening health and nutrition, enhancing livelihood and vocational skills, and ensuring effective humanitarian response during emergencies.

The strategic direction emphasizes gender equality, social inclusion, good governance, and community-led development, ensuring that every intervention is participatory, accountable, and sustainable. By working closely with local governments, schools, mother groups, youth networks, and community stakeholders, CDN aims to create long-lasting positive change and support communities in building a dignified and resilient future.
